Care for products
Scrapbooks - Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time.
Greeting Cards and Invitations - Do not leave in direct sunlight or extremely warm temperatures for long periods of time.
Wood Crafts - Polyurethane will not protect the product from dents and/or scratches.
Sewing - Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Material may fade in the direct sunlight.

Privacy of your information
It's a Linny will not share your personal information with any external companies.

Payment
Half (50%) of all custom and/or specialized orders that require an estimate are due when the final order specifications are made. Orders will be sent once payment is received. Prices listed do not 5% MA Sales Tax or Shipping & Handling charges.

Shipping & Handling Fees
The shipping cost of our products range based on the product size and weight. The minimum fee for shipping is $5.00. Please contact us for an estimate on the shipping cost of your products.

Overdue balance fee
All customers will be sent an electronic and hard copy of their invoice. All overdue balances are subject to a late fee after 30 days, of 5% of the total unpaid balance.

Returns
All returns are handled individually.
